Foods and Drinks That Make You Leak

Recently diagnosed with Incontinence? Don't worry, here is a list of some foods and Drinks that make you gotta go! The foods listed here are acidic and can irritate the bladder, alcohol dehydrates by making you have to urinate, and coffee and chocolate contain caffeine which acts as a diuretic also making you gotta go!

Spicy foods
Bananas, Grapes, Apples
Aged cheese, sour cream
Processed Foods

Wine, liquor, beer
Coffee, Tea, Energy Drinks, Colas
Acids: Citrus Fruits and Juices- Pineapple
Cranberries and Cranberry Juice
Carbonated Drinks
Pickeled, smoked,or canned meat or fish

Of course this may sound like alot, but you can take small steps and see how it goes.
Foods and Drinks That Make You Leak Try switching to caffeine-free. Try cooking the onions, which could make them easier on your bladder or switch to shallots, which are milder. Use caution with condiments- they have acids and other bladder irritating ingredients. To flavor meals, use tamer spices, extracts and garlic.
